Decatur County Wellness Center is dedicated to providing the equipment and an environment for members to become and remain healthy and well. We will provide equipment which will help you reach your own fitness or therapy goals. The Center is for you . . . the members!!!
Upon initial sign-up for membership you must come in to the Decatur County Public Health Office between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A staff person will take you through the center and introduce you to the equipment. To qualify for family rate, members must reside in same household. Timely payment is required for use of facility. Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of each month at the Public Health front desk which is open Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.

Acceptable dress for workouts is t-shirt, shorts or warm-up pants, socks, and athletic shoes. "Street shoes" (shoes worn outside) are not acceptable. You need a clean pair of athletic shoes to workout. Either bring them with you for your session or leave a pair here. A bathroom is provided for you to change into your work-out attire.
Sign in at the table. Use a provided towel while working out. Be courteous to others; machines can be shared.
